For taxpayers, who according to the law are required to have the figure of Statutory Auditor, we offer services to companies or traders, who must submit their financial statements audited, giving an added value with permanent and constant comprehensive advice on the operation of our clients.

The appointment of the Statutory Auditor can be made directly on behalf of HLB PEÑALOSA CONSULTORES SAS, who in order to comply with the duties of the position established by the Code of Commerce, will designate Public Accountants, natural persons and members of our organization to perform the functions of Principal and Alternate Statutory Auditor.

As a complement to the integral service provided by the firm under the figure of the Statutory Auditor, auditing work is carried out to give greater scope to the tests performed.
