Carlos H. Camacho Córdoba is HLB’s Global Transfer Pricing Leader and an entrepreneur with extensive business experience. He is Managing Partner of Grupo Camacho Internacional (HLB GCI), a +33 years of experience consulting firm with operations in Colombia and Costa Rica.

Carlos has more than 40 years of experience advising all-size businesses in Costa Rica, Colombia, Central America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

In HLB International, he is also boosting digital transformation and succession processes for businesses in multiple countries.

Carlos has a Tax Consulting master’s degree and a bachelor’s in business administration. He has a specialization in Tax Law and in Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as studies and high experience in Transfer Pricing and Business Consulting.

He is a regular speaker at national and international conferences, an active member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the Private Accountants Bureau of Costa Rica, the Costa Rican Bureau for Economic Sciences Professionals, and the Costa Rican Public Accountants Bureau.
